Fembivalent, the podcast I co-host with Mareike, is exactly that space: a raw, real, and refreshing take on female entrepreneurship, ambition, and everything in between. We created Fembivalent to challenge the either-or mindset that often surrounds women in business.
Can you be both soft and strategic? Empathetic and assertive? Emotional and effective? Our answer: absolutely yes. Through unfiltered conversations, we explore the messy middle of success—the doubts, the detours, the breakthroughs. With honesty, humor, and heart, we aim to empower women to build careers and lives that feel right to them – not just look right from the outside. It’s not always polished. But it’s always real.


Beyond the Brief: My Passions Unplugged
If fear didn’t exist, I’d build a cabin here in the Swedish wilderness. Imagine a place where stressed-out entrepreneurs and business leaders could escape the hustle and bustle and reconnect with nature. Here, they could brainstorm new ideas, find inspiration, and simply unwind. By sharing my experiences, I hope to mentor and empower in particular women to overcome challenges and bring their innovative ideas to life.
Besides work, nature is my greatest source of inspiration. While riding through the forests, I often come up with my best ideas. The connection between body and mind that I experience while riding fosters my creativity and helps me to see things from new perspectives. One day I will share these experiences with people from all over the world.
